- Give every treatment a length and a from price, so clients know exactly what they are booking.
- Separate regular maintenance from feet that have not been seen for a long time. More time means a higher price.
- List extras such as polish, gel polish or paraffin separately, with their own price.
- Work out your price from your own costs and hours, not from what the salon down the road charges.

What belongs on a pedicure price list?
A client reading your price list wants three answers: which treatment suits my feet, how long will it take, and what will it cost. Anything that helps answer those belongs on the list. Anything that gets in the way does not.
- The treatment name in plain words. Full foot treatment tells a client more than a brand name.
- What it includes, in one line: nails cut and filed, hard skin removed, cuticles tidied, feet moisturised.
- The length. It helps clients choose and helps you plan your diary.
- A from price, so you have room if a treatment runs longer.
- Extras and surcharges listed separately, with their own price.
- Your rules on cancelling and on missed appointments.
A price list is also a filter. A client with an ingrown toenail sees straight away that they need a longer appointment, rather than booking a half hour slot that throws your whole afternoon out.
Example: a pedicure price list for Belgium
These prices come from research Bookable carried out among Belgian pedicurists in October 2026, to suggest a starting price per service when you set up. They are the lower end of what we found. Adjust them to your area, your training and your clients.
| Treatment | What is included | Length | From |
|---|---|---|---|
| Short pedicure | One issue, such as cutting nails or a corn | 30 minutes | €20 |
| Pedicure | Nails cut and filed, hard skin, cuticles, moisturiser | 45 minutes | €32 |
| Full foot treatment | For feet not seen for more than eight weeks | 50 minutes | €50 |
| Pedicure with gel polish | Pedicure plus gel polish on the toenails | 60 minutes | €50 |
| Gel polish, feet only | Polish only, no foot treatment | 30 minutes | €35 |
| Ingrown toenail or problem foot | Extra time and care for one difficult issue | 90 minutes | €80 |
In the Netherlands prices differ: we found a standard pedicure from €42.50 and a short treatment from €26. Prices in the UK are different again, so check what is usual near you.
When was the last treatment?
A foot you see every four weeks is done in 35 minutes. A foot that has gone six months without care can take an hour. Yet that client often books the standard pedicure, because it is the first line they see. The result: you run late and the next client waits.
That is why many pedicurists use two prices: maintenance for clients who come back within eight weeks, and a full foot treatment for anyone who waited longer. It is fair to your regulars and it protects your diary. It also gives clients a gentle nudge to come back on time, because the regular price is cheaper than the catch up treatment, and nobody likes paying extra for something they could have avoided.
| Last treatment | What to book | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Less than eight weeks ago | Pedicure, about 45 minutes | Little hard skin, nails still short |
| More than eight weeks ago | Full foot treatment, about 50 to 60 minutes | More hard skin, thicker nails |
| First visit with you | Full foot treatment | You do not know their feet yet |
Put that rule on your price list in one sentence, and ask clients when they booked when their last treatment was. Then you know in advance how much time to allow.
How should you show extras and surcharges?
Extras make a treatment longer and more expensive. List them separately, with a price and the time they add. Clients choose knowingly and nobody gets a surprise at the till.
| Extra | Time added | Example price |
|---|---|---|
| Nail polish | 10 minutes | from €8 |
| Removing gel polish applied elsewhere | 15 minutes | your own price |
| Paraffin or foot massage | 15 minutes | your own price |
| Home visit | your travel time | a fixed surcharge per visit |
The polish price comes from the same October 2026 research. For the other extras we found too few reliable prices to quote a figure, so work them out with the method below.
For home visits, charge travel separately. A fixed surcharge per visit is clearer than a price per mile or kilometre, and clients know where they stand.
How do you work out your own price?
Do not just copy a colleague's list. They have different costs, different rent and perhaps different clients. Start from your own numbers.
- 1Add up your fixed costs per month: rent or a share of your home, insurance, social contributions, products, equipment, software and training.
- 2Estimate how many hours a month you actually treat clients. Not the hours you are in the room, but the hours someone is in your chair.
- 3Divide your costs by those hours. That is what each hour costs you at the very least.
- 4Add what you want to earn per hour for yourself.
- 5Convert that to the length of each treatment.
Worked example with our own assumptions
| Step | Amount |
|---|---|
| Costs per month | €900 |
| Treatment hours per month | 80 hours |
| Cost per treatment hour | €900 divided by 80 = €11.25 |
| What you want to keep per hour | €30 |
| Price per hour | €41.25 |
| A 45 minute pedicure | €41.25 times 0.75 = €30.94, rounded to €32 |
This example is simplified: tax, VAT and holidays are not shown separately. Have your own figures checked by your accountant, especially the VAT on your treatments.
Where should your price list appear?
A price list on the wall only helps people who are already inside. Put it where clients look for you.
- On your website or mini website, next to the booking button.
- In your Google Business Profile, under services.
- On your booking page, next to each treatment.
- In your treatment room, visible to anyone waiting.
The same prices everywhere, obviously. A client who saw €32 online and pays €35 at the desk remembers the second number, and that costs you more trust than three euros are worth. To raise prices without upsetting anyone, read how to announce a price increase.
How Bookable handles this for a pedicurist

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pedicure cost in Belgium?
In research Bookable carried out in October 2026, we found prices from €32 for a standard pedicure of about 45 minutes. A short treatment starts around €20, a problem foot around €80.
Should I put the length on my price list?
Yes. Clients pick the right treatment more easily, and you plan your diary without running late.
How do I price a home visit pedicure?
Take your normal price and add a fixed surcharge per visit for travel. A fixed amount is clearer than a price per kilometre.
What is the difference between a pedicure and a full foot treatment?
A full foot treatment is for feet that have not been looked after for a while. There is more hard skin and the nails are thicker, so it takes longer and costs more.
How often should I review my price list?
At least once a year, when your costs change. Announce any increase a few weeks ahead.
