Several team members and calendars
Every team member gets their own calendar, their own hours and their own treatments. Clients choose who they book with.
Waiting list
When a slot is full, a client joins the waiting list. That way a cancellation does not have to become an empty spot in your calendar.
Your own questions on the form
Add questions to your booking form, for example about a referral or a note. You know everything before the appointment starts.
Extras with their own price and time
Offer an extra with a treatment. Every extra has its own price and duration, and your calendar counts the time correctly.

Mollie charges a fee per payment
If you take a deposit online, Mollie charges a fee per payment. With Bancontact that is €0.39, for other payment methods Mollie's own rates apply. You pay that fee straight to Mollie.

If you stop, you get an export of all your clients and appointments.
Pay yearly or monthly.
If you pay yearly, you pay about 15 percent less. Start then costs €348 a year instead of €408, and Praktijk €588 instead of €696. If you pay monthly, you pay the monthly price every month.

What does Bookable cost?
Start costs from €29 a month and Praktijk from €49 a month when you pay yearly. If you pay monthly, that is from €34 and from €58 a month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay nothing to get started.
Is commission taken from my bookings?
No. Nothing from your bookings goes to Bookable. Only Mollie charges a fee per online payment, which you pay straight to Mollie.
Do I need to enter my card to try it?
No. You try Bookable free for 14 days, with no card.
What is the difference between paying yearly and monthly?
The plan is the same. If you pay yearly, you pay about 15 percent less. If you pay monthly, you pay the monthly price every month.
I already use another system. Can I switch?
Yes. We move your planned appointments across so nobody has to book again, and your client list comes with you.
What happens after 14 days?
If you haven't picked a plan or paid after 14 days, your account is paused. Your booking link goes offline, so nobody can book you. Your data is kept for 90 days and you get 3 emails, on day 12, 14 and 21. Pick a plan and pay, and everything switches back on.
