Online booking for private lessons.
Students or their parents book a lesson themselves, for music, tutoring or sport. Reminders go out on their own, and payment can be made in advance.

Your lessons are there straight away, with length and starting price. This is an example for teachers, you change everything to match your own lessons.

An online calendar for your private lessons
An online calendar, an appointment system or a booking system: teachers search for it under lots of names, and in the Netherlands it is often called a reservation system. It all comes down to the same thing. Your clients book their own appointment through your website, your Instagram bio or your Google Business Profile, and you see everything in one calendar on your phone and your computer.
Fewer appointments that don't go ahead
Every client gets a reminder by WhatsApp and email a day before. Want more certainty? Then you ask for a deposit by Bancontact or iDEAL for each lesson type. The money goes straight into your account through Mollie, and no commission comes off your bookings.
Made for teachers in Belgium and the Netherlands
With Bookable, a real person replies, within 24 hours. You start with the lessons teachers offer most often, and change what is different. You can try it free for 14 days, with no card.
How a client books a private lesson with you
- 1Your client opens your booking link, on your website, in your Instagram bio or in your Google Business Profile.
- 2They choose a piano lesson or another lesson, and see the length and the price straight away.
- 3They choose a free time. Fully booked times are shown too, but can't be chosen.
- 4They pay a deposit by Bancontact or iDEAL if you want one, and get a confirmation. A day before, a reminder follows by WhatsApp and email.
Lessons that are ready to go

Which plan suits your private lessons?
If you work alone, Start is usually enough: one calendar, unlimited bookings, reminders, a deposit and your own booking link, from €29 a month. If you work with several teachers, or want extras with their own price and time, your own questions on your form, a waiting list or clients who reschedule themselves, choose Praktijk, from €49 a month. There is no setup fee and you can cancel any month.
