Can we sell different ticket types?
Yes. Early bird, day tickets or combination tickets, each with its own price and number.
Do we pay commission per ticket?
No. No percentage is taken from your sales. For online payments Mollie does charge a fee per payment, €0.39 with Bancontact. That goes straight to Mollie, not to us.
Can it work in several languages?
Yes. Your ticketing can run in any language you need.
Can visitors pay with Bancontact and iDEAL?
Yes. Payment goes through Mollie, with Bancontact, iDEAL and card. The money goes straight into your own account.
How do we check tickets at the door?
Every ticket gets a code that you scan at the door with a mobile phone. You don't need any extra devices.
Where does the system run?
You choose: hosted by us, or in your own environment. Either way, it is entirely yours after delivery.
Can the system work in several languages?
Yes. Your visitors choose their own language, and get their confirmation in that language too.
