Who we are

What data we collect
Only what you fill in yourself on a form on this website: your email address, the name of your business, your trade, your name, your mobile number or email address, and a time for a call if you choose one. We also keep a note of which page your request came from.
What we use it for
- To set up your account and to contact you about your request.
- To answer your question about a custom build or a website.
We never sell your data and we never send you marketing without your permission.
How long we keep it
If you become a customer, we keep your data for as long as you are a customer. If you don't, we delete your request no later than two years after our last contact.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies to track you and uses no advertising cookies. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so your visit is not passed on to third parties. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and ask for your permission where needed.
Your rights
You can always ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email us at info@bookable.be. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
