Do I pay commission per night?
No. You pay a fixed amount each month. For online payments Mollie does charge a fee per payment, €0.39 with Bancontact. That goes straight to Mollie, not to us.
Can I ask for a deposit?
Yes. A fixed amount or a percentage of the stay.
Can I block out dates?
Yes. You enter them once, and then nobody can book those nights.
What does a booking system for your B&B cost?
Start costs from €29 a month, Praktijk from €49 a month. There's no setup fee and no commission is taken from your bookings. For an online deposit you only pay Mollie a small fee, €0.39 per payment with Bancontact.
Can I try Bookable for free first?
Yes, for 14 days, no card needed. You pick your type of business, and a double room and a family room are already set up as examples. You only change what's different.
Do my guests need an account or an app?
No. They choose a room and dates, fill in their details and they're done. No account and no app.
Can I switch from another system?
Yes. We move your guests and your upcoming bookings across, so nobody has to book again. And if you ever stop, you get an export of all your data.
Does it work on my own website?
Yes. You put your booking link behind a button, or you embed the form on your page. That works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and any other website. No website yet? Then you use your mini website, which comes with every plan.
